I am Pablo Hamber, an independent barrister specialising in criminal jury trials and military justice.
I focus on serious and complex matters that need careful analysis, strategic judgement and strong courtroom work. I regularly appear or advise on criminal proceedings and military justice matters throughout the country.
I served in the Army for over 14 years. That experience shapes my approach to advocacy and client service — I know that preparation, accountability, calm decision-making and performing effectively under pressure are all things clients want from me. I use those in my day-to-day practice.

I spent a number of years in military investigations and as a Crown prosecutor. This means I can quickly and easily identify gaps and weaknesses in the prosecution case.
